Translucence conductive film by CNT honeycomb structure

By wetting CNT forest with liquid, and then vaporize the liquid, honeycomb structure will be formed. During the liquid vaporization process, a part of vertically aligned CNTs strongly bundle together to form honeycomb walls, witch covering all over the substrate.

Because the honeycomb rooms are translucence and the honeycomb wall network have a good conduction performance, a translucence conductive film is realized on the substrate. It may be applied to some where such network is needed.

It is difficult to applied to normal glass substrates because CNT forests should be grown under the condition of over than 750C; quartz substrate is OK.
