Carbon-Coated Si Negative Electrode Material of LIB

Si is considered as a next generation negative electrode material for LIB. Because Si has not conductivity, a carbon coating process is needed to improve the conductivity, and also to reduce the reaction between Si and the electrolytic solution.

We provide carbon-coated Si samples and also coating carbon films on your Si samples by applying our CVD methods. Different CVD temperatures, different coating amounts, and various gases of as carbon source can be chosen to achieve the best solution for an original Si material.
