Direct growth of CNT on the surface of powder particles

 A commonly used method is to mix CNT with powdery materials to increase the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. Yet, this method seldom results in ideal dispersion conditions, and improvements are necessary.
Ideal dispersion conditions can be realized if CNT can be directly grown on the surface of powdery particles to create particles encased in CNT.
 Specifically, CNT can be easily grown on the surfaces of the following powdery materials: Al, SUS, Ni, Fe, alumina, zirconia, silica, LiNiO2, etc.
